- The Aged care site at Courtlands Parramatta was masterplaned to incorporate six stages of construction.
- The project consisted of 130 self-care one, two and three bedroom units in two storey domestic scale brick buildings with landscaped courtyards. 47 bed single storey nursing homes and 49 bed aged care facility with the 25 bed ground floor catering for dementia residents.
- The site provides for all levels of age care including self care, serviced apartments, hostel, nursing home and dementia accommodation. The upper floors include low-care facilities for an “aging in place” philosophy.
