A project undertaken with Family Community Services, Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC). A ten townhouse development positioned on an accessible site off Landa Parade, Waratah West, Newcastle. The project has been designed to comply with the Urban design guild-lines for infill development under the requirements of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Affordable Rental Housing) 2009 (ARH SEPP)
