Marist College Pagewood are building a new Trade Training Centre which will include a Hospitality Centre, Automotive Workshop, and a Construction Carpentry Workshop.

Further building works include a new integrated TAS Centre and a new Music and Arts Centre.

A new Staff Facility with open plan work rooms, common room and meeting rooms are also included in the design.
